As an illustrator Ive always fled from older versions of Manga Studio a result of the odd interface, absence of painting features and primary target inking although its always done that actually well. But Manga Studio 5 is a great re-design towards the software. The interface has become more consistent with common industry tool and panel workspaces, and so they added great new coloring and painting features. You can most definitely still do comic pages, these days theres more charm in the software program for other skills sets.
The brush engine is top-notch plus the pressure sensitivity having a Wacom tablet is aces. Drawing and painting is lag-free along with a delight the program does have 64-bit and multi-core support. Some on the new painting modes enable color mixing right about the canvas much from the same way that Painter would.
