Paid 190 for just one license to download, and am not able to Download. Tried 3 different computers and 4 different browsers. The Microsoft website gives the identical message on all computers: We re sorry for that wait. The page has taken longer to load than expected. Very disappointed by Outlook 2016. It turns out Outlook 2016 stop supporting iCloud CalDEV means no contacts and calendar syncing with iPhone. Now attempt to go back to 2013 also it turns out MS is forcing to upgrade to 2016. I started to love MS after the newest CEO, but I think nothing has evolved.

Purchased Microsoft Office Home Business 2016 Windows 10 through Dell on the new computer. Ive had merely problems since that time Ive only had my desktop for just a week. First off my system kept crashing. After hours for the phone with Dell support 2 support techs they decided that I necessary to reinstall the full software package again. Thankfully they did that for me personally while I was around the phone. After re-install - system crashed again - new support tech at Dell learned that since I was using my old monitor who's had a webcam internal that it was crashing the computer. He installed the software for that webcam. At that time I also addressed with him my concerns for the font and just how strange Outlook 2016 looked. I was also not receiving my e-mails in. I have to close out Outlook every time to obtain new e-mails in. Crazy. He finally determined that I had to wait until Microsoft pushed out their Windows updates and this would hopefully take care in the problem. So now through to my 6th hour of calls over a couple of days. I called Microsoft directly. They ran lots of tests agreed via remote access that my Outlook font views looked very strange nevertheless they couldnt do just about anything about it. She declared she agreed with Dell I would must wait for that Windows updates hopefully that will fix the problems. The Excel, PowerPoint Word be they should so far as I can tell via my limited usage. Im finding that Windows 10 just isn't compatible which has a lot of websites and I will have to leave Internet Explorer and enter Chrome do access information or print documents on the internet since they wont print from IE. 1. Search in Outlook is useless. I used to be competent to search with just a portion on the name. Now I need the full listing name. Its extremely hard to search for my contacts now.
2. REALLY BAD BUG! Excel will not set as my default database enter in Windows 7. When I open Excel, it says Excel just isn't my default program for spreadsheets and have if I wish to set it towards the default. When I say yes, it opens a window asking which extension.
