Ive installed the dosbox, when I try to put in the file, I get one message which says my version of windows wont run this method. What should I do?
BTW, on the commenter below: words/min results in how many words you type each and every minute and can be a measure of one's typing efficiency. I think these days should you can 30 WPM its pretty OK, specifically normal emails and stuff.

get dosbox0.74 set it up on any windows version including 8.1 and mario will operate on it

I originally played this with an early, pre 256 mac performa. Kind of annoying for the time, the way it was just typing, and may not really pay attention towards the graphics, and exercise typing well. It did get me to use typing a tad bit more, however it was not until an early on release of Mavis Beacon a few years later, that I really learned the total basics of typing. MB was less distracting, and many more helpful.

This game is awesome because its any age. I just got my 4-year old playing it. She went from 50% errors to 10% errors in 5 trials around the 2-minute level 1. I endorse this to everyone parents.
