Very disappointed. Got the offer for my kids to master typing as it turned out what I used when I was young. Took several efforts to install since it wouldnt accept the true secret. Finally started using it installed plus it wont work. It changes my display into a sort of square that's bad enough but I cant start to see the whole MB screen display so I cant even use this software.

I am sooooo frustrated with this particular product. First the download and installation had not been that easy. Then once you have it installed and attempt to execute the program it comes back saying to customize the resolution. Once you alter the resolution which had been the recommendation still didnt work. Now its saying my video card will not be compatible. Help!!!!!!!!!
