It is a while since I tried on the extender, but I think the revolutionary modded version of Gibbed you may just produce the save within the program itself. If that doesnt work and what you was required to do for older versions, you start out a new game in ME2. Mod the save inside program with all of the ME1 plot changes you need and set the save to completed last tab of program. Then start another new game in ME2 by importing that conserve created new game plus.
