This post shows tips on how to install Mac OS X Guest on PC with VirtualBox 3.2.6 on Windows 7.
I already posted detailed post about installing snow leopard on VirtualBox 3.2.0 that's having Mac OS X guest support as being a selection.

I have tested using this method on 32 Bit and 64 Bit Intel Core 2 duo computers, many of users reported this worked for AMD and many users reported failure. Using the proper boor loader will solve the problems, better try with all of three boot loaders.

I get some issues with Virtual Box. The Windows reboots each and every time. I used the settings for VB such as this post, but no success. Windows reboots my laptop after a couple of seconds.

Is this processor supports AMD-v? and so are you using different boot loader for AMD processor?
I suggest to relieve the processor core to just one and RAM height and width of VM to 1500MB.
Try using 3.2.6 virtualbox.

You shouldn t install any updates when running OSX in virtualbox. The described version of OSX is adapted, thus it will run in virtualbox. The host platform is definitely an I7-875K Intel, 4-core processor with a P7P55D-E Pro MOBO, FW version1602 with up-to-date Intel chip drivers, 8GB of 1600 MHz RAM and EVGA GTX 465 video card. The CPU and memory both are over-clocked.
This could be the output from cVad s KextUtility and yes it shows 10.6.8 OSX. If your interested in learning the update process, keep reading:

Doing an update from Apple s site won't work. Doing an update from the downloaded ComboUpdate DMG won't work either.
The best I could successfully complete a combo update from 10.6.3 to 10.6.8 turned out being the removing of Р‘.
After scouring the WEB, I came across a posting from someone setting up a Hackintosh not only a Virtual Machine, who kindly mentioned the kernel panic issue he kept running into using this kext in position. His steps are highlighted below:

Ok got the ISO running complete the first few screens language etc but.

I have installed Mac OS X Snow Leopard 10.6.3 From Retail Disk with no bootloader on my small Virtualbox 4.1.4. Virtualbox 4.1.4 didnt require any alternative party boot loaders to load the Retail ISO and I was able to set up the mac successfully on my small virtualbox. Everything is working Sound, Network except the resolution.

Ok, If I install myHack got it in the EmpireEFI ISO, myHack does something I don t determine what and creates the/Extra folder with file and several other files and folders.
and easily modify the Graphics Mode string value to 1920x1080x32 Extra data item remains in file with the VM the resolution changes.
I was able to set up 10.6.8 comboupdate before installing myHack and my virtualbox was Shutting down and restarting properly. also my About Mac dialog box was visible on the watch's screen
