Note you might have to reinstall some printer drivers after updating - notably if you have Epson printers; but those are at or similar sites for other printers. Many in the beta drivers inside Leopard is not going to work.
One note: when you watch the Apple video about Leopard and follow their instructions You may turn the install, and get out for coffee plus it will all be ready for you whenever you return it is simply NOT TRUE. DO NOT LEAVE YOUR COMPUTER though it may be updating. You will frequently be asked to approve the next step because you install and when you dont respond to them it will just sit there.

There is usually a ton of potential here with Leopard, including some very nice latest features that makes the Mac a lot better. The only problem is how the bugs with this first release are incredibly annoying and problematic that Ive wasted more hours trying to determine the kinks than being productive. Going from your stability of Tiger to the present has been a huge dissapointment.
My advice is usually to hold off a little until they find some of these issues resolved. Here are a list on the problems I am experiencing on both my Mac Pro and Macbook other Mac owners are reporting similar problems on the machines:
1. Desktop freezing - both machines frequently have their own desktops freeze up, which makes them inaccessible. The solution is always to change the screen resolution with a lower setting and back. Since the 10.5.1 update I have not experienced additional desktop freezing issues
2. Installation woes - Leopards upgrade disc would not recognize my Mac Pros system drive initially, I had running one from the programs for the installation disc to obtain it to appear for the install.
3. Font problems - If you perform lot of graphic design work and so are continually receiving fonts along using a Quark or Adobe inDesign document, definitely postpone on upgrading. A few current projects that showed fine in Tiger simply dont recognize the fonts under Leopard.
4. Back to My Mac - This personally was I upgraded. Sadly it doesnt work and likely wont for many of us. Safari is very lightning fast in Leopard. Mail has some wonderful latest features most notably the To Do and Notes features and everything just looks better.

There can be a ton of potential here with Leopard, including some very nice additional features that makes the Mac a lot better. The only problem is that this bugs within this first release are very annoying and problematic that Ive wasted more hours trying to workout the kinks than being productive. Going from your stability of Tiger to the has been a huge dissapointment.
My advice is usually to hold off somewhat until they get some good of these issues exercised. Here are a list on the problems I am experiencing on both my Mac Pro and Macbook other Mac owners are reporting similar problems for their machines:
1. Desktop freezing - both machines frequently their very own desktops freeze up, driving them to inaccessible. The solution should be to change the screen resolution into a lower setting and back. Since the 10.5.1 update I have not experienced additional desktop freezing issues
2. Installation woes - Leopard s upgrade disc would not recognize my Mac Pros system drive initially, I had to perform one on the programs within the installation disc to acheive it to pop-up for the install.

Bought for just a G4 PB Platinum. This would be the last version of OS X will work using a PPC-based Mac. Get it so you wont be disappointed.
