I made the error of first getting the wrong software. This may be the one for Windows Vista and I employ a 9 yr old boy which is thrilled along with it. I bought this to put on my small daughters laptop for christmas since lots of people said it is run on windows 7 also it said on here it runs using windows vista. The dvd I got doesn't say vista about it. I know many men and women said you have to make use of old versions of reader and quicktime. That was not problems her laptop was without those onto it so i just installed version on dvd. The install went well so I thought great no problems. It loads fine even so the animation don't work or the animated stickers. This is the primary reason she likes it a whole lot and all that work well is drawing. I am so glad I tried this out before I gave it to her.
