I only recently upgraded from KIS 2014 to KIS 2015. I suggest the old version be completely removed/uninstalled and also the new version then installed. I opted to retain my settings from KIS 2014 when I did the upgrade; however, I quickly realized that while my basic settings were retained, some features previously put off were now active. This is just not a big deal, also it might even be to my benefit. I had originally put off some features because I felt we were holding overkill and would certainly get in how. After the upgrade, I decided to live on with the extended safety measures, only to see if my feelings of these getting in the way in which were justified. To my surprise, they looked like there was not so troublesome, also a bit comforting. Yes, I left them started up and have never been troubled.
When my subscription for KIS 2015 nears its expiration date, I will gladly purchase another copy from Amazon, enter the application key from the KIS 2015 licensing window, and permit the license automatically renew if your old one expires. I enjoy it! Five stars.

Ive been using Kaspersky Internet Security software since 2011, and, sometimes I love it. However, I find the 2015 version aggravating for a number of reasons. First, the Kaspersky box which shows up when you go through the icon looks much completely different from previous versions. The font is small , light colored so its a lttle bit hard to see for people with poor vision. The Quick Installation Guide is virtually useless. It shows that old Kaspersky box. The instructions dont completely work when installing at a disc. Normally, after installation is finish a new box happens in which you type the activation code. This is coded in the Quick Installation Guide, which only works best for previous versions. Using the 2015 software, this box doesnt appear. I needed to go on the Kaspersky website and search for enter activation. From there I was able to go into the code.
Next, and many annoying, the 2015 version doesn't work well with Mozilla Firefox. I have internet sites listed in Safe Money. So far Ive had trouble accessing those hateful pounds. For example, once I tried to visit, Kaspersky wouldnt to allow it. The information said This connection is untrusted. This sites identity cant be verified. There were 3 options: Get me away from here, Technical Details, and I see the risks. I tried increasing trusted sites from the Kaspersky Protection Settings. Still, I couldnt access the web page. I decided to select I see the risks, after which Amazon was permanently gone to live in Trusted Sites.

I bought and installed Kaspersky 2015 Anti-Virus. My computer then kept locking up intermittently. But there were no obvious indication initially connecting this to Kaspersky.
