Exactly what I needed. Before a restore, I had copied my phone to iTunes but also in the process, the backup had become corrupted. Contacted Apple therefore we worked on it for any month however there was nothing they can do. I tried this backup extractor and bought the Home Edition but needed the Pro as I had an encrypted backup. Because of this, I contacted Reincubate as I was not aware of this and so they offered the Pro Edition at no extra cost. After what Id undergone, I needed the right luck knowning that was it. Without this product, I would choosing a lump sum 9 months of memory but I have my photos, videos, notes etc. back as well as its all due to Reincubate. I was so devastated but Im so grateful until this existed so I may get all my stuff and get over it with my entire life again. Highly recommended to having it . backup issues!
