I have a big problem. I got a new NX300 but I did break the motive force CD. Unfortunately the i-Launcher software in the CD is just not downloadable for the Samsung support page.
I contacted the support, nevertheless they they it doesn't have a link in my opinion. What is this? The software is without licence.

Just got my NX500 and my Win 7 may not recognize it.

I had a similar problem with my NX500 on Win 8. I had to visit to auto play settings and change it must me each and every time option. Then, I rebooted the computer. Connect you to machine using USB and later on switch it on. Be around the desktop so you dont miss the popup. You would get two popup, one for that drive and another for i-Launcher. You must go through the i-Launcher popup for it for being recognized and capable to start. I also had the digital camera wifi on and linked to internet, in the event.

Started iLauncher from computer and it also was able to recognize NX500, NX300 and NX1.
ILauncher window now shows: Software Update, Manual Dawnload, DNG Converter, Movie Converter, RAW Converter, Power Media Player, PC Auto Backup. With NX1 connected it shows Remote Studio as opposed to RAW Converter.
