So i copied through to desktop and renamed it to and added it to Framework64v2.0.50727CONFIG then ran VSPrerequisitesx64enu then VS2010 installer.
Note: using this method i tricked installer installation went smooth.
I experienced a corrupted image that I downloaded and also got the same result. My advice is always to run the installer of any component individually; corrupted setups should fail immediately.
