Ive tried live talk to MS - who just said they can only assistance with Office 365 issues, and provided me with a number to call. After calling that number, undergoing lots of menu options and being passed between 4 departments - they final person explained the line was bad and theyd call me back - then hung up and didnt call back - great customer support!

I struggled until I was in a position to find an immediate download for 2013 that isnt C2R. Microsoft is indeed stupid, that even using the C2R version I cannot install on my own secondary drive.
