Looks like Office XP though with Ribbon. On Windows 7, it merely looks hideous and totally mismatch/contrast of styles. Whoever designed this ugly version of Office really should have retained the Aero look on Windows 7.

Both are absolutely same. RTM always means final version. The only difference could be the key. In trial version your key utilizes 90-days only but if you pay for the full version, you key is useful for lifetime.
