Im not only a fan of Microsoft, but ive tried a great many other mail software, and they also basicaly do still thing and appear the same. In fact, Outlook might be one with the best for companies. For the information you have, Outlook is made for Businness. It could be used in your own home, nevertheless its mainly for business. If you want to whine, have a Mac or use Thunderbird, and look at them and write a great deal of BS like you did.
