My Biggest complaint is usually that the calendar reminders will not likely work unless Outlook is running. If you use this system everyday and commence it when windows starts its no worries. I dont put it to use that often and want the reminders to work with my laptop even though Im not using Outlook. MS Works used to get the home version and it stood a small program that ran from the background just with the calendar if you didnt have works running but Outlook doesnt.
MS Office would be the standard for office work but in the home I will not likely update Office instead use another calendar program for instance Vueminder that could run inside the background with little resources.

I had a similar problem!! I just got Windows 7 and HATE Windows Live Mail Qwest just CHANGED their email program with a Web-based the one which I dislike MORE! CAN I download Outlook 2007 considering that the New Qwest email program IS compatible. Please help!
