Thank you, however, I went to the website you mentioned plus it does not recognize my key. I just purchased it with the Home Use Program HUP on Mar 14th, 2013 and possess not yet installed it. NOTE: I did recieve an email using a download link, but have gotten MANY issues with this. Nothing worked, including reinstalling the program. My OS is Windows 8, but I have little idea whether that difference prevented the Cscript entry from working, but I got an oversight message telling me which the Cscript hasn't been recognized. At any rate, I have gone time for Office 2010 Professional.

I received both these keys when downloading the install from Technet, I downloaded both versions.

No luck whatsoever, plus the best I could get was obviously a promise from Amazon that I can get an e-mail when the software program actually welcomes in. Because I was somehow sufficiently fortunate to get avoid all activation problems on my small main computer Windows 7, 64 bit, I have about 25 days left inside the trial period. If no joy from MS within that period, I shall go back in Office 2010 Pro. By the way, for everyone who is might be inclined to go this route, the state MS site is offering a no cost download upgrade to 2013 if you opt for 2010 now. It wont do me high quality, but for anybody who has a version of Office sooner than 2010 - as well as a trust in MS - it may be the way to go. Good luck!
