Groove workspaces make it very easy to share files, to hold on to threaded discussions, to deal with task lists and calendars, and chat with colleagues inside same workspace.

I have found there are some very restrictive limitations when configuring personal files sharing workspace. More specifically, information sharing workspace is restricted to 2GB or 5, 000 files, whichever comes first. Once the limit is reached, the files inside the workspace don't be synchronized.
In right now of 4GB flash drives, creating a 2GB file sharing limit is terribly restrictive. I have stopped using MS Groove consequently and am currently trying to find a better replacement for FolderShare.
