I really dont realise why there are bad reviews for this system. Perhaps these reviewers ordered the real key card and expected the digital download. For just 125 only four components of Microsoft Office are included; Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OneNote. Publisher, Outlook and Access which comes in Microsofts Office Professional 400 version will not be part of the package. Windows Live Mail from Microsoft is really a good FREE replacement for Outlook. Unless people who use computers are producing brochures and creating/managing sophisticated databases the opposite programs probably will not be needed. Although I found that downloading and installing this package would have been a bit of a hassle, it will work okay once installed all of which will open any documents manufactured by previous versions of Microsoft Office programs. I purchased the Military Appreciation edition of the product and had it set up on my desktop. It is licensed for 3 computers and I not have it installed for the desktop.
