Tell can be a search box that, when you finally start typing begins displaying suggestions. Begin typing Insert in to the search box and Insert Caption and Insert Picture among other suggestions pop-up. No more requiring you to dig around within the Ribbon to find what you would like. Want for making a Table in a very Word Document? Start typing Table from the Tell box. The graphical user interface of Office 2016 closely resembles my Office 2010, so there wasnt much of any learning curve to me to adapt to this particular new version which is that will work with Windows 10. I installed this package upon an older refurbished Dell Inspiron E5410 Windows 7, 32-bit Intel i3 notebook. Although the computer just has 3 GB of RAM the programs run okay on that computer. Unfortunately, installing this program is not just a straightforward download. Microsoft now DEMANDS that whoever installs this program have to have an account with him or her, which include an email address contact info BEFORE the programs may be installed. As this product page indicates, this package does not incorporate a disk, merely a product key. These programs must, therefore, be downloaded within their entirety from Microsofts Website which needs a high-speed Internet connection. Each version of Microsoft Office becomes better intrusive; demanding ever more sensitive information before allowing their software to get installed. This version is not any exception. For just 125 only four aspects of Microsoft Office are included; Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OneNote. Publisher, Outlook and Access which comes in Microsofts Office Professional 400 version aren't part in this package. Windows Live Mail from Microsoft is often a good FREE replacement for Outlook. Unless people are producing brochures and creating/managing sophisticated databases additional programs is likely to not be needed. Although I learned that downloading and installing this package was somewhat of a hassle, it will work okay once installed and may open any documents developed by previous versions of Microsoft Office programs.
