SyncToy could be installed on either or both systems. If on both, observe that you will likely be setting up different synchronisation sets on each system, regardless of whether both perform a similar synchronisation.

I have recently moved with a new Windows 7 machine and have absolutely tried various methods to open my Money 2005 UK file in Money Plus Sunset US version. Nothing appears to allow me to open the file and I find the error message stating the file is made with different version of Money. The links to your UK version above usually do not seem to become valid anymore.
Suggestions could well be most welcome.
