The software forgot second backup plan in a week. Something around the drive prevents me from reinstalling the backup. I see people using this type of same problem from back 2007 and yes it isnt addressed. Have been struggle to get the problem with a representative for help.

This software is really a piece of crap.
I don't see any pros within this software.
Waste of your energy. It doesn't synchronize with any folders and files automatically. Copying and pasting is faster than by using this backup software. I should not waste my funds on buying this external disk drive and this bit of crap.
Nothing works as you expected. Better not to acquire an Seagate external disk drive that this software is included with.
Writing your file content out personally is easier.
It is kinda pretty in a ugly almost way.
It is useless in many respects, but one shines. It is useless at restoring files when you invest in a new computer, the tech support is merely pointless, it lacks basic functionality just like a help system that really tells you anything, it crashes and, ohh I am sorry I said I was only likely to mention one and I tend not to have for hours.
