I am very unhappy with this particular. I run Windows 8 and I checked to make certain this download can be compatible, so it said it absolutely was. After I placed your order, and experimented with download, it says compatible just with XP, Windows 7 and Vista. I cant download the program, and cant download an installer which it next said I needed. 17 for nothing! I cant even discover a place where I can talk with someone about returning. Im stuck.

Im very unhappy with the product. This download would not use Windows 7, it says it does nevertheless it doesnt. DONT BUY THIS DOWNLOAD IF YOU HAVE WINDOWS 7. I have tried sets from changing the recording card, color depth and also the screen resolution. Nothing worked. I called Encore depending on Amazon plus they wont help me as this is a mature product. I was told to travel online and completed some forms. Who has time for everyone this? This will not be good customer care at all and Encore should become a little more helpful. BTW I wish I didnt should give them a star

I love the games. They work you hard maintain. Typing is improving.
After one use, this program stopped working. It does not register the laptop keyboard keys which are pressed correctly.
