Update to my review. I was reviewing and downloaded the Magic ISO Virtual CD/DVD-ROM software, not the Magic ISO Maker software. Sorry to the confusion. However, the application I did download and install works OK for me under WIN 7 64-bit as I stated and just supplies READ capability, I believe.

I just bought the complete version software the other day and have not received a serial number or key code. They have not answered my emails either
Youre tied to 300 MB, should you not buy the retail version.
None. Non-existent support renders product useless.
Supposedly offers lifetime upgrades, On newest version, original registration key doesnt work. Sent 10 emails from two accounts more than a six week period. No response. Rip-off.

It actually does create various format images; I had wanted uif since they're smaller in space, and I also seriously considered able to go into an iso or uif and delete non-necessary files like alternate language packs, or 800-year old versions of Adobe reader in the archived old program, plus it does that, and also mounting images. The weird thing is, in seeking to do that, I discovered which the new file, because of the unnecessary stuff deleted, is in fact bigger than my original. I hadnt checked CNET before I bought it, so I stupidly queried their customer satisfaction as to why that had been the case, but apparently theyre for the Riviera benefiting from the largess of myself along with customers. Non-existent customer satisfaction. It comes with a reg key you need to merge that registers it to Temporary License. They claim that they'll send you an unchangeable key inside a week, but none has appeared and, as others have stated, there's no response from customer care. The program is really a little bit glitchy unless you get used to it. You have to put in the file extension when you're creating iso or uif and other files, equally as in QuickTime, how the lazy among us, like myself, usually are not accustomed to right now. It took me a short while to figure out why my supposed iso or uif only agreed to be a file without having extension, data that would kill Explorer when I visited it. Be very careful about messing around along with it after making and saving your file, because, once you exit, it is going to ask you if you wish to save, which could make you wonder, when you already saved it, even so it can overwrite the file you only created with jail file should you click save.
I do not know if my Temporary License will almost certainly keep the program functional for very long; I used PayPal, though, so I may contest it with PayPal.
