Just a simple suggestion for future upgrades. With the responsive design, Tablet and PC view, it could be great when you could lock or copy the blue box that indicates the backdrop area location for the next slide. If you desire to show the identical part in the slide used over mulitple slides, you must try and move the blue box on the exact position slide after slide which can be very difficult.
Our workaround may be to copy and paste the primary slide, but this then means cutting and pasting the link that was automatically generated towards the copied slide after which deleting the main one etc.

Captivate 8 now works on my small Mac after I applied one from the many patches for Yosemite. It was an extremely early patch. I updated for the latest version of Captivate Ver 8.0.1.242. I read elsewhere which the audio in Captivate might not play properly. I use a smaller amount of Captivate right now, on Camtasia and Articulate, so I have never tested the Captivate audio on Yosemite but I can tell that Camtasia audio doesn't play properly on Yosemite and this also has not been fixed. I think you ought to update all patches and versions on Yosemite and Captivate. I did not install Java 6.

I m seeing very strange behavior on the TOC when loading successive Captivate movies in just a Flash wrapper. In each successive movie, the TOC inherits individual labels in the initial movie. I have noticed that when you customize labels in preferences inside the middle of any project you simply can't apply the alterations to already created slides. It is often a real problem! The changes apply just to new created slides however, not to already created ones. So, should you want to modify the labels later you will need to manually update every button. It is really a real nightmare! Or I miss some techniques which I can use to make them pertain to all created slides?
I am having trouble using the aggregator as well as the TOCs. When I generated the Aggregator, it doesn't show the run-time of all with the modules it shows as 0 time.
And although individual modules TOCs have a very border across the whole slide, the aggregator isn't going to show it.

Hello Sunil, In TOC settings there's an option Show Duration, in the event you uncheck that, it will never show the duration.
Is there anyway to conceal the TOC for the first slide of an project, but contain it appear on the 2nd slide on through for the end?
