Definitely provides the Moon Man Melody uniqueness we ve all go to love, expect, respect. This is mad night ride music. But Cudi s hip-hop/rap flow is SO sick, I just wish we're able to hear more of it in the songs again. But of course, only when he actually feels it would like to do it. I picked this album up on the whim for the 3.99 first day release price, and I was amazed. Im not keen on main stream hiphop, more the choice stuff the Roots, Talib Kweli, Common, etc. nevertheless the production and overall story concept of the album was pretty interesting. The beats are sparse having a lot of spacey sounds but much of them are really catchy hear Alive, and also the interludes with Common are interesting simply because narrate the story of the stoner, and many types of the songs match different acts in the album. This is the first reggae album within a long time which is more enjoyable if you listen towards the whole album in entirety, its a steal at 3.99.
