This would be the only Kindle Bible I have found including free Bibles from non Amazon sources with a full table of contents. Each Book is readily accessed on the TOC and we have a clickable numeric listing of chapters in each book once you open it.

This review only will address the mechanics of the version in the Holy Bible in regards towards the Kindle. I will keep from any comments about the nature with the translation, leaving that for anyone far more learned than myself.
I have downloaded several versions in the Holy Bible and I am pretty pleased using this one. The Table of Contents is not hard to access. The individual books listed are centered and distressed the middle with the page. After choosing a book, you might be taken to that book with all the first lines being a set of selectable chapters then the beginning in the text of the book. You can start you just read or it is possible to select a brand of chapters that will take that you a sub-menu which allows one to select the specific chapter you need.
The main problem I had using this type of set-up could be the centering from the text sometimes managed to make it difficult to opt for a specific book without occasionally striking the one ahead or bottom and achieving to go back and try again. The best Kindle set-up Ive found so far will be the Holy Bible: New American Standard Bible NASB Kindle Edition by The Lockman Foundation. In March 2011, the copyright owners with the most popular modern translation in the Bible in English, the New International Version NIV, published the primary revision from the NIV since 1984.
As a pastor who wouldn't like the over-reaching political correctness in the Todays New International Version TNIV, copyright 2002, I was concerned when I heard how the NIV itself was planning to be revised. But after checking out the digital early release version in a variety of passages, I have been pleased that it can be more accurate, but disappointed that while the application of gender-neutral language isn't going to go so far as the TNIV, nevertheless goes past an acceptable limit.
The new NIV retains 95% in the words from the 1984 edition, but high are changes, it communicates the first meaning easier to modern readers plus more accurately than before.
Let me address several issues: gender-neutral language, omission of words, and accuracy of translation.
First, probably the most controversial issue on the TNIV the quicker failed seek to revise the NIV was its gender-neutral language. The Southern Baptist Convention passed a solution in June 2011 saying they can't commend the 2011 NIV. Why is that? The 2011 NIV doesn't go where the TNIV. In Hebrews 12, where scripture speaks of God disciplining us as being a father, the TNIV changed father to parent.
