Ive been using Hallmark Card Studio programs for a long time, and am more comfortable with its operation. The newest version is the similar and an easy task to get familiar with. It installed easily in my Windows 7-64 system and am enjoying it greatly.

Ive used Hallmark software for many years and havent had any problems until recently. I purchased the 2012 Deluxe version with bonus software. I have a Windows XP desktop and also a Windows Vista desktop. On the Windows XP desktop, the application installed okay, but once I tried to build an email version on the card with either sound or music or mix of both, neither of these worked upon playback. I repeated mtss is a few times as well as uninstalled and reinstalled, but I encountered a similar issue. I sent a communication to customer care but they wrote back looking to tell me how you can make an e-mail card, which wasnt the matter. I made the credit card correctly, Ive been doing it for decades.
I then experimented with install on my small Windows Vista computer and also the program wouldnt even install. It did nothing when I clicked the installer. I even went in the disk directory and experimented with install from there understanding that didnt work either. I didnt send another email to customer satisfaction because I had a sense that would are already a long prolonged process that will have led to me sending the product or service back. So, rather then dragging against eachother, I am sending this product back. Its possible I got a poor disk. So I dont desire to totally slam Hallmark.
However, I will claim that I have no offers to re-order this version. I will stick to my previous version, Hallmark 2011 Deluxe version. It works great on both Windows XP and Vista.

If you might try to open any of the files you created in the past Hallmark versions, 2012 will corrupt the file and you may not be able to look at any projects. They have said they may be working for the problem that has a fix. I am very upset about it - some in the files I use for my opportunity.

Firstly, I bought this system specifically to generate a photo calendar for our family. I wanted to produce a two page calender - the very best page for any collage of photos along with the bottom page the calendar. This program will still only make a one page calendar. Before I bought this program, I was talking to Hallmark by email, asking if the program would make the calendar I wanted. They said it will, but it really doesnt. Secondly, I attempted to print one on the test pages I manufactured for 2013, it printed December 2011. No print preview. No approach to print merely one month once the 12 month calendar was selected. My printer is definitely a pig on ink therefore, if I made one mistake I could have to reprint all yr. Thirdly, I aimed to email a card to some friend, and it also was submitted in? formatting. The person couldnt open that style of file.
I feel I wasted my cash on this Hallmark Card Studio Deluxe 2012 product. I will probably be deleting it and don't buy from Hallmark again.

Hallmarks 2010 version worked wonderful on Windows XP. Then the upgrades began. The Hallmark 2011 became a disaster mainly because it did not load properly despite if tech pros attempted to help. It was impossible to acquire customer service within the phone no human after several tries. Thank goodness I bought this through Amazon who helped for getting the refund to me. I thought finding the DOWNLOAD 2012 version was a better solution but this became worse. I am still inside process of trying to obtain help or even a refund after a long time on the phone waiting for just a Hallmark human. Do not buy this 2012 product. In away fast!

This 2012 deluxe edition will be worth ZERO stars.
I are already using Hallmark Card Studio because it was first released and yes it seems each and every year it gets more unusable and difficult. First, this edition doesnt fit using the pc screen therefore you dont have usage of all on the functions since you cant discover their whereabouts horizontally or vertically. Hallmarks option is to change your screen resolution with the whole computer and all of your respective other software to support THEIR flawed program. I am not planning to reduce my screen so I cannot read or start to see the content clearly. Second, I cannot find entry to print address labels in the address book I created event planner in her own program. Previous years editions had simple and easy quick accessibility however, some Einstein chosen to improve it to oblivion. Third, I bought the DELUXE edition since it claims to possess digital photo editing directly on the box! But browse the instruction manual because eventhough it says it's digital photo editing some versions lack it! Just my luck, my software does NOT have it. Fourth, what makes so many from the exact same cards still on the program from the 1st edition I ever purchased a long time ago? I send cards towards the same people each and every year so I update my versions to accumulate new cards along with every new edition I purchase many on the same cards I have already used remain on the new edition. I used to own a PC and used Hallmark card studio very successfully. I then purchased both a Mac laptop and Hallmard card studio for Mac.
I was struggling to do anything!!! Cannot put in a picture, change text or font-nothing. I called for customer assistance on the web and receive
some mumbo jumbo directions on how you can add a picture or change text. I had already followed the directions from the program. Today, after
connected on the internet remember I just said I had been for the internet for a long time? Trying to find a number to speak using a
representative is very, or even impossible. I would not purchase this again when they wanted to charge me nothing. It is inferior at
best and non functional at worst and customer service is often a dream not only a reality.

I have experienced versions 2010 and 2011 - so upgraded to 2012 to acquire more graphics/cards, etc. It does involve some nice new graphics/cards/projects - but the matter is with printing. I use the program to make cards all year round for my grandchildren. They enjoy getting cards which are personal using their own name, etc. But this program in terms of printing - needs help. I have it on 2 different computers with 2 different printers and some on the issues are: within the 2012 version when you are doing multiple envelopes the address list happens with merely the last name - now I have a whole couple of people with the exact last name - so, just how come it doesnt list first and last name previous versions did. There doesnt appear to be a method to keep your address to the return address that never changes - version 2010 did. I have a printer that does auto duplexing - but that option doesn't work with Hallmark cards - so I should manually duplex - why? Also - inside pre-designed cards sometimes the graphics doesnt print for the edge - even though I have borderless printing checked - and when you are trying to upsize the graphic to fill the room - nothing says homemade like a huge white border about the front cover graphics. I used to obtain that problem with my older printer HP 7960 - but Hallmark did an update knowning that apparently updated the printer problems with all the white border. They need to take action like that for my Canon 6120.

I puchased miracle traffic bot to replace a classic one that wouldnt download into my newer computer. It is wonderful and will be offering so much. Only one thing is lacking. I purchased many previous versions with the hallmark card programs. My last program was 2009 which I used a great deal, and intensely liked. I was skeptical about buying this version, but I did. I bought it over the hallmark site, simply because offered a lesser rate for previous version users. It installed effortlessly. Imported my address from prior version. Simple to make use of, great graphics, additional cards, and envelopes. I like the preview page, and it also shows if it offers a matching envelope. No problems by any means, except I cant stop deploying it.

This software can be a total bust. After installation, it wont do just about anything. Any request results in the pop-up window saying Loading, but it doesn't matter how long you delay, it never completes loading. In addition, the pop-up states is 2013 version, although packaging along with the software itself indicate it will be the 2014 version. I uninstalled and reinstalled the software program with precisely the same result. How do I have a refund?

We are in this 70s and Hallmark has always stood for excellence; however, their s/w is poorly done. The promised corrections never are issued in addition to their computer support is questionable. I have upgraded twice however the last time created countless problems that I uninstalled it. Frankly, Im afraid to utilise again, especially together with the continual malfunctions and complaints. Aswith previous versions it's not possible to work with the calendar. Only the current month is shown and it's impossible to switch months. Hallmark says these are aware from the problem and taking care of a fix. They should happen to be working in HM DLX 2011. 2012, 2013 and after this 2014. It seems these are not interested. Other than this feature it is usually a good program that I have used for many years.

Looks Great when Created, but Very Poor Resolution When Printed!
I was excited to obtain this software plus it installed fine and I had fun selecting cards and customizing them. Easy and fun make use of!!! However, two problems:
1 The software led me to trust that online cards were included. To send online greetings, you may need to pay extra in the Hallmark site annual fee. The software ONLY carries a link.
2 Cards look terrific about the PC as edited and I deliver to my local printer UPS store for quality color printing on card stock and also the result delivered with weak resolution graphis. Very grainy pictures plus the words were almost blurry on the greeting card. I am very disappointed inside resolution from the finished product.

I are making many purchases from Amazon and this could be the first the one which has given me a whole lot of trouble. It is like there are 2 programs in one inside Hallmark Card Studio Deluxe 2014. The card part of it cards works perfectly - but it can be impossible to print the calendar utilizing the conventional method. When I click for the Print button to print a calendar this message happens Open Default Printer Fails - 1801 I ensured that all from the settings were correct - the right printer etc. but no success. I enlisted assistance from my engineer son who installed CutePDF which basically bypasses printed instruction, saves the calendar and then permits you to print from your save mode. This is method to much trouble. Since this is often a new version I am hoping that Hallmark will fix this because I lack time to monkey around using a program which includes built in glitches. Otherwise I purchase the Card Studio programs for a long time and happen to be very satisfied using them.

I think it is really annoying how the program was created to print the Hallmark sign around the back of all of the cards, no matter everything you do to cover it. If I purchased a licence to customize my cards, why must I keep advertising vehicles? I agree that the copyright sign could possibly be necessary, but only which has a small line at hte bottom with the last page. I think it is unfair and I dont like it by any means. I wish I could return this program, nonetheless it seems that there aren't any returns for software purchased in Amazon or other store in which you buy software AFAIK-As Far As I Know
As to the software features I think its very easy to use high are plenty of clipart that you are able to use to customize your cards.

Great program for making christmas cards, designing newsletters, decorating envelopes for Christmas and special occasions. This program does all of it! Read more
Good for basic card making.
This program feels a great deal like that old Print Shop program. It makes cards easily, but printing them is really a little more work.
Not as versatile with text as older versions. Hard to paste using their company programs. Windows 8 needed a different version. Read more
